“Jeder Wurf zählt!” - Participation in ARA Campaign 2025 now possible
JOIN IN AND CAMPAIGN TOGETHER FOR THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY
Launched as a purely digital campaign in 2022, supported by more than 50 brands on their own channels in 2023 and finally taken to Austria's streets for the first time in 2024 with billboards and Citylights. The joint campaign launched under the title “Rohstoffe im Kreislauf halten” - “Keeping Ressources in circulation” is entering the next round this year and is getting a glow-up.
Simple message, great effect
The circular economy can only succeed if we all play our part. As producers and retailers, we ensure that packaging is as recyclable as possible, as ARA we guarantee the best possible collection and recycling and as consumers, it is up to all of us to ensure that used packaging can remain in the cycle at all by disposing of it correctly.
This is exactly where we come in with this year's campaign. With a clear message, we will be visible on Austria's streets July through August and motivate Austria to pay even more attention to waste collection.
With the new slogan “Jeder Wurf zählt!” (“Every throw counts!”), we are creating an activating and clear appeal that is immediately understood. Consumers are addressed directly and encouraged to recycle correctly The message is as clear as it gets: Circular economy depends on each and every one of us.
The tagline “Please dispose of packaging in the correct garbage bin.” brings an additional factual level to the subject and prevents misunderstandings regarding the message. An arrow and the depiction of the correct garbage bins in which the product packaging shown should be disposed of complete the overall image and add an educational level.
Achieving more together
With our campaign, we are creating a platform on which Austria's industry and trade can present themselves together and work towards a shared goal that can only be achieved by working together. The collective presence of many strong brands under one roof gives the joint message the greatest possible emphasis.

Review of the 2024 campaign
From the very beginning of the year, the campaign started delivering individually adapted subjects on the channels of over 50 participating brands and companies. This enabled a gentle background noise and continuous visibility of the campaign to be built up in the first two quarters.
The placement of sponsored posts on Facebook and Instagram began in mid-July, signaling the intro to the Out of Home campaign, which was rolled out at the end of the month. By mid-August, the subjects of the partners participating in the billboard campaign were visible on a total of almost 2,500 billboards and 1,000 Gewista Citylights throughout Austria. Over the duration of the campaign focus (July and August), an estimated 125 million visual contacts were achieved.
